Free Assistance Is Just a Phone Call Away!
SU’s Career Services department and the staff at Lubin House staff are ready to help you navigate the many career starts, stops, and transitions that can occur during your lifetime.
The Center for Career Services, based on the SU campus, offers all of its services to Syracuse alumni free of charge. Career counseling, résumé reviews, help with job search strategies and networking, interview preparation, career-change assistance—these are just some of the resources available to you. Whether you’re a recent graduate or 40 years out of school, you can consult with career consultants one-on-one via telephone or Skype to address your unique career situation. Just call the center at 315.443.3616. The Career Services website also offers a number of useful resources.
Connect with SU’s Alumni Network
When you graduate from SU, you join a nation of alumni that’s 230,000-plus strong—more than 57,000 of whom call the New York metro region home.
Whether you’re looking for a job out of college, contemplating a career change, or seeking insight into an unfamiliar business market, the alumni network can be a tremendous resource. Contact Jenna Turman to get involved with University-wide career programs, including the ’CuseConnect LinkedIn group.
By the way, SU is always looking for employment and internship opportunities for SU students and alumni. If you’re interested in spreading the word to the SU community about employment with your organization or would like to learn about participating in campus-based career events, contact Susan Call at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to helping you achieve career success and build connections with our students, alumni, and employers!
